Loews Royal Pacific Resort Tour

Loews Royal Pacific Resort Tour

If you’re trying to figure out the best Universal Orlando resort, I highly recommend that you check out this Royal Pacific Resort Tour. I love Royal Pacific because of the easy access to the parks (it is the closest!) and the free Express Pass for every guest.

The resort is beautiful, with a Hawaii/South Pacific theme that is friendly and inviting. The resort is large but easy to get around, with a beautiful pool, several restaurants, and plenty of activities. Watch my Loews Royal Pacific Resort Tour video below to see even more.

Before we get to the Loews Royal Pacific Resort Tour, let’s go over some facts about this resort:

Loews Royal Pacific Resort Facts

Loews Royal Pacific is located at 6300 Hollywood Way, Orlando, 32819. It is one of the closest resorts to CityWalk, Islands of Adventure, and Universal Studios.

Rooms at Royal Pacific

Loews Royal Pacific has 1000 guest rooms, including 51 luxury suites. The Jurassic World kids suite will be a hit with any dinosaur fan or any family who wants ample space.

Amenities at Loews Royal Pacific Resort

The resort offers a lagoon-style swimming pool with a slide, a beach, a kid’s play area, and a game room. There is a large fitness center and plenty of space for any type of event.

The resort offers pet-friendly rooms for a $100 pet fee (for up to two pets.) Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is also pet-friendly.

Restaurants at Loews Royal Pacific

  • Islands Dining Room
  • Jake’s American Bar
  • Orchid Court Lounge and Sushi Bar
  • Bula Bar and Grille
  • Tuk Tuk Market
  • Wantilan Luau

You can also visit any of the other Universal resorts for even more dining options. Or, check out CityWalk Orlando Restaurants List.

Parking at Loews Royal Pacific Resort

Parking is $28/night for resort guests doing self-parking. Valet parking is available for $37/night.

All Universal Resorts come with perks. Every resort guest gets early park admission and free transportation to and from the parks. The biggest perk of staying at a higher-end resort, such as the Royal Pacific, is the Express Pass!

If Royal Pacific is outside of your budget, check out Cabana Bay vs. Aventura Resort.

Premier Universal Resorts

The higher-end resorts (Premier) Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Portofino Bay, and Loews Royal Pacific also include a free Express Pass. I highly recommend any of these resorts, as the Express Pass can be valuable on a busy day. You also get priority seating at many restaurants throughout the parks and City Walk.

Checking current pricing at all of the resorts here:

  • Hard Rock Hotel
  • Loews Portofino Bay
  • Loews Royal Pacific
  • Aventura Hotel
  • Loews Sapphire Falls Resort
  • Cabana Bay Beach Resort
  • Universal Endless Summer Resorts – Dockside Inn and Suites and Seaside Inn and Suites.

If you’re on a budget, I recommend Aventura. Although it does not come with an Express Pass, it does have a higher-end feel than the other value-level resorts. If you can spend a bit more, I recommend Royal Pacific or Hard Rock Hotel.

Where to buy Universal tickets

If you’re still in the planning stages of your Universal Orlando vacation, you might wonder where to get your tickets. We recommend buying your tickets through Undercover Tourist. Unfortunately, there are many really scammy sites out there, so make sure you’re booking through an approved partner like Undercover Tourist.

You can also purchase tickets directly through Universal Orlando or through a Universal Orlando Travel Agent. Just be aware of anything sounding too good to be true. You know the old saying, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Many places offer free or cheap tickets, but you’ll have to spend time in timeshare presentations. No one wants to spend their vacation like that!
