When I thought about writing “The best lanyards for Universal” blog post, I wondered if anyone would care. Well, you sure do! This has become one of my top Universal blog posts to date.

There are many things to think about when planning a Universal Orlando vacation. What to wear to Universal is one of them, but if you look at photos, you’ll notice that many people add a lanyard to their Universal attire.

If you’re heading to Universal Studios, you need a lanyard. Almost everyone at Universal Orlando will be wearing a lanyard, like Minnie ears at Disney. It’s just a must! Wearing a lanyard is a great way to express your personality or your favorite Universal characters or movies.

A lanyard is also an excellent way to keep your ticket or annual pass handy, better than digging them out to ride the Hogwarts Express, go in and out of the parks, etc. If you have an Express Pass (your hotel key is staying in a premier resort), it’s also a great way to keep that handy.
